Description
I am selling this
elegant vintage Radiant watch, featuring
a 33mm case with a 10-micron gold-plated finish. The movement is running very well, keeping accurate time without gaining or losing noticeably. This model is heavily inspired by the Art Deco and Mid-Century design eras, especially through its wide textured bezel and, above all, its beautiful faceted beveled crystal. The crystal catches and reflects light differently from every angle, giving the watch a unique presence on the wrist depending on the sunlight. While the exact production date is difficult to confirm, its design strongly suggests it was manufactured during the 1940s or 1950s.Rotary
Watches was founded in 1895 in Switzerland by Moise Dreyfuss, although the brand became especially successful in the United Kingdom. During the Art Deco period, between the 1920s and 1940s, Rotary became known for producing elegant watches with rectangular cases and highly distinctive period styling. The company remained successful throughout the 1960s and 1970s before being affected by the Quartz Crisis, like much of the Swiss watch industry. Rotary nevertheless managed to survive by adapting to the growing demand for more affordable quartz watches, particularly for the British market.Worldwide shipping is available for 18 CHF.Please note that I am a private seller: no warranty is provided, and returns are not accepted.Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or if you would like to make an offer!
